Heiden Homes Top Agents for October, 2013
Meighan Marquis posted the highest dollar volume in closings, Cindy Castaneda recorded the most total closings and Mike Moran had the most new listings for Heiden Homes Realty during the month of October.

Marquis joined the company after serving as a Realtor in California, where she earned several awards for sales production in her office.  Attracted to the small town atmosphere of Grand Junction and its historic downtown area, Meighan joined the Heiden Homes staff in 2011. She quickly became proficient at juggling office, marketing and management duties while working as a front desk staff person. Real estate is Meighan’s only occupation, enabling her to provide full-service to her clients. Meighan enjoys her family, and she and her children attend downtown festivals and experience the Colorado wilderness, where they’ve enjoyed camping and fishing in the high country. You can contact Meighan at 970-208-3030 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Castaneda prides herself on helping families with below-average incomes find a home. In addition to working as a Realtor, she has worked as a health care professional for more than 25 years, caring for clients who are blind, wheelchair-bound or otherwise disabled. She’s also involved with her church as a Sunday school teacher.

Castaneda is married to Nick Castaneda and the couple has two children—Domonique and Brandon, who are graduates of Central High School.  You can reach Cynthia at 970-234-7744 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Moran earned his Realtor’s license in 2011.  In addition to listing and selling properties, he helps his wife, Toni Heiden, manage and market the company.  A native of Western New York State, Moran moved to Grand Junction in 1986 and worked as a TV sportscaster, reporter and news director at three local TV stations.  He also served as a reporter at The Business Times for six years. He currently teaches Speechmaking at Colorado Mesa University, where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration in 2007.
