Metro Brokers Grand Junction Inc., would like to welcome John Sloan to the group. John is the broker/owner of his own company, Sloan Real Estate.
Sloan moved to Grand Junction in 1978 from the Nebraska panhandle. He came for the warmer climate, the natural beauty and the lack of wind. Sloan was licensed to sell real estate in 1985 and became a broker soon after that. Throughout his real estate career, has has worked with both independent real estate offices and franchises. He appreciates the independence he has with his association with Metro Brokers, as well as the great marketing group and office staff to better assist clients.
Sloan is a Certified Residential Specialist, whose main focus is residential real estate. He has a rural background that gives him a great understanding of farm and ranch properties.
Sloan and his wife, Ronna, enjoy spending time with family and riding both horses and Harley Davidsons. He also enjoys helping clients become part of the community of the Grand Valley.
Guild Mortgage Company
Guild Mortgage Company recognizes Sherri Brown as the top producer for the first quarter of 2014. Brown led the way in the production for both total of loans and total loan volume.
Brown has been in the mortgage lending business 25 years working in operations, underwriting and loan origination. She provides excellent service to her customers with her knowledge of credit, income analysis and loan guidelines. Colorado Association of REALTORS
Robert Bray of Grand Junction has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for CAR Business Services, Inc., a subsidiary corporation of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR). The corporation exists to bring innovative products and services to real estate professionals across Colorado.
Robert Bray is the CEO of Bray Real Estate, founded in 1946 and consisting of 100 real estate agents and employees with two office locations in Grand Junction and Rifle. Bray specializes in residential and commercial brokerage, land development and property management on the Western Slope.
“Robert is such a tremendous asset to our industry,” said CAR President and CEO, Don Flynn. “Having previously served on the Colorado Real Estate Commission and in various other capacities in and around the real estate profession, he brings a strong set of knowledge and values to the table. Bray Real Estate is pleased to announce that 12 Bray real estate agents recently completed the Buffini & Company’s Peak Producers training program, a comprehensive, 12-week business development course.
