Fidelity National Title Company
United Title Company and Fidelity National Title Company are merging forces in Colorado.
In a July 1 press release, Fidelity announced that little would change except a name change. Both companies will now operate under the Fidelity banner.
“The merged tradition and financial strength of these operations will provide valued customers even stronger resources for innovation and support,” the company said in its press release.
“The same people remain and the same products and services will still be available. Local and statewide management is not changing and the merging of these companies will continue to provide title insurance services locally and nationally through an expanded and significant network of offices throughout Colorado.”
The parent company Fidelity National Financial Inc. (NYSE:FNF) is one of the nation’s largest provider of title insurance and escrow services. Fidelity, through its underwriting subsidiaries, has the largest title insurance market share in Colorado.
