Heiden Homes Realty and Associates
Brandon Cooper closed the most transactions and Mary Kruse posted the most listings in April for Heiden Homes Realty and Associates.
Cooper has been a resident of the Grand Valley since 1990, when he moved from Moline, Ill. He is married with two sons, and is working to make real estate his full-time profession.
Kruse is a Colorado native who returned to the state after selling a business which she and her husband owned in Arizona.
In addition to serving as a Realtor, Kruse helps with management duties at Heiden Homes.
She has achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She did this by attending classroom instruction that included contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk education.

Kyle Barnard of Major Mortgage USA passed his Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System exam.
Barnard passed on his first attempt. Barnard and his staff of Rebecca Perez, Robert Thomas, and Casey Brown recently moved to Major Mortgage after Barnard closed his branch of LeaderOne Financial to join the team at Major Mortgage USA.
