Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, LLC is proud to announce that Mike Foster, broker associate, has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

CCIMs have completed a curriculum that covers essential CCIM skill sets including ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. CCIMs have completed a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience. Finally, they have demonstrated their proficiency in the CCIM skill sets by successfully completing a comprehensive examination. Only then is a candidate awarded the coveted CCIM designation, joining the ranks of highly skilled commercial and investment real estate experts.

Robert Bray, CEO of Bray Real Estate is proud to announce that Lynn Thompson has been named president of Bray Real Estate.  Lynn joined Bray in 1987 as Controller and in 2000 became a principal in the company.  The additional titles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer were added in 2002 and 2008 respectively. 

“It is with great pleasure that we announce that Lynn will now be the President of our firm.  He has always been a solid resource for our associates and staff and we’re excited about him moving the company forward,” said Robert Bray.
