I started selling real estate in 1978; that is 34-plus years.

What would you consider your specialty?
I list and sell all types of property. Residential sales have always been a large part of my business, along with new construction and new subdivisions. Obviously, working so long with these types of properties I have the ability to assist people reach their goal of real estate ownership, and make a complex process easy.
What is one one tip you have for someone looking to sell a home today? What about a tip for buyers?
Same tip: Hire an agent you can trust. Sellers and buyers need to search for the agent they are comfortable with, an agent that is committed to the real estate business, a professional.
Why should someone choose you as an agent?
This business has been my profession for 34-plus years. I treat all my clients as I would want to be treated, truthfully, honestly, with a straightforward approach.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not workings?
No. 1 is spending time with my family; my wife, kids, and grandkids. Outdoor activities, playing golf, hiking, mountain biking, my collector cars.
