Chauncey leads CHSAA Hall class

The Colorado High School Activities Association on Tuesday released its latest class of Hall of Fame inductees.

Former George Washington High School standout Chauncey Billups headlines the class, with two other athletes being inducted, Rhonda Blanford-Green (Aurora Central) and Duane Lewis (Burlington).

Coaches joining the Hall of Fame are Pam Fagerlund (Flagler) and Joe Strain (Manual, Denver South and George Washington), with Frank Palmeri, the public address announcer for 50 years at the state wrestling championships, also being honored.
