Colorado Mesa players, coach ready to get RMAC play started

The new defensive emphasis on calling hand-checking still has the Colorado Mesa women’s basketball team adjusting their style of play to conform to the new regulations. Coach Taylor Wagner says the rules have made the Mavs ‘tentative’ on defense, but believes they will adjust. Mesa opens RMAC play this weekend, hosting Chadron State and Black Hills State.
