Holiday craft season in full swing around area
It’s craft season. How bazaar is that?
The Holiday House Bazaar is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at First United Methodist Church, 522 White Ave. A lunch of soup, salad, sandwiches and homemade pie will be served Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Visitors can browse the Victorian Tea Room, The Christmas Boutique, The Country Store, The Pantry and The Book Nook. Travel to the Craft Show and Sale from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Canyon Creek Schoolhouse east of New Castle, just off Interstate 70 at Exit 109. Call 625-2030 for more information.
The Holiday Craft Festival, featuring more than 70 juried crafters, is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Holy Family Catholic School, 786 26 1/2 Road.
