Mavs open RMAC tourney vs. Mines

The Mavericks (37-10) will attempt to rectify that starting Thursday night when they open play in the conference tournament at Suplizio Field.

Second-seeded New Mexico Highlands (31-18) plays No. 3 CSU-Pueblo (27-22) at 3:30 p.m. in the first game of the tourney.
The losers of the first two games play an elimination game at noon on Friday, followed by the winners of the first two games.
Another elimination game follows at 7 p.m. on Friday. The championship game is at noon on Saturday, with a second game, if necessary, at 3:30 p.m.
Colorado Mesa won three of four games against the Orediggers last weekend in Golden.
