Mavs place 6 on All-Academic team

Six Colorado Mesa men’s and women’s swimmers made the RMAC All-Academic team.

Senior twin-sisters Jordan McMillen and Jackie McMillen made the first team. Jordan has a 3.88 GPA in business, marketing and entrepreneurship. Jackie has a 3.74 GPA in graphic design.

Senior James Albertson made the men’s first team with a 3.75 GPA in exercise science.

Junior Scott Strehlow (3.31) and senior Katelyn Wedel (3.79) made the second team. Sophomore Annie Jones made the honor roll (3.52).

To qualify for the Academic All-RMC team, student-athletes must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.30 or better, be a starter or key reserve and completed two consecutive semesters at their current institution.
