The Mavericks’ women’s team advanced for the first time since 2007 and will be a No. 2 seed.
They await the winner of Metro State (13-13) and Nebraska-Kearney (14-7), who will play at
11 a.m. May 8 at the Elliott Tennis Center, according to Mesa State coach Dan MacDonald.
Metro State upended Mesa last weekend in the RMAC tournament.
The Mavericks will play the Metro-Kearney winner at 11 a.m. May 9.
