Personal hero and why: My dad. He’s overcome so much and teaches me to do the same. He’s also the first person I go to when I need help.
Preferred college: University of Colorado at Boulder.
Preferred career: Interior designer or teacher.
Greatest achievement so far: Balancing school, work, soccer and friends.
What you’d like to be your next greatest achievement: Graduating from college.
Q: What has been your favorite class in high school and why?
A: Advanced Placement Psychology. I love learning about why people are how they are.
Q: How do you prepare for a big test:
A: I use study guides and online quizzes, and I’m a crammer.
Q: If you could have your pick of service projects, who would you help and how?
A: Invisible Children. It’d be awesome to go to Uganda and help build a school.
Q: What does it say under “interests” on your Facebook page?
A: Friends, soccer, shopping, pictures, sleeping.
Q: What’s the best advice a teacher, coach, or parent has ever given you?
A: “The will to win means nothing without the will to prepare.”
Q: Where would you like to be in 10 years?
A: I would love to travel but, if not, I’d like to start a family.
