Taylor’s sweeps Mountain Range

Gene Taylor’s baseball team ran its record to 4-1 with a sweep of Mountain Range on Sunday, 14-2 and 14-4.

Casey Burns hit a pair of home runs in the second game and Drew Bridges hit a home run in each game. In five games, Bridges has hit six home runs. He also pitched a complete game in Sunday’s second game, with Stephen Baldwin going the distance in the first game.

Gene Taylor’s plays in the Tony Andenucio Tournament in Pueblo this week, opening the four-day tournament Thursday against Farmington and Cherry Creek.
