BASKETBALL

Alex Bennett Memorial 3-on-3 Tournament: The 13th annual tournament is Nov. 6 at the Maverick Center. Entry fee is $90 per team (3-5 players), includes a T-shirt. Divisions for boys and girls grades 5-12, men’s and women’s college and open divisions, and a men’s over-50 division. Minimum 3-game guarantee, prizes to each division winner. Proceeds benefit the Alex Bennett Memorial scholarship fund for area high schools and CMU men’s basketball team. Mavs Sports Club Boys Tryouts: For grades 5-6 for competitive boys basketball league. Players must tryout in their current High School attendance area.
