Last season, Sean Rubalcaba was the starting quarterback for Northern Colorado, playing in 10 games for the Bears and completing 67.8 percent of his passes. This season, Rubalcaba will compete to be the starting quarterback for Colorado Mesa, a return home for the Grand Junction graduate.
