Education

BA in English with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Northern Colorado. She has taken graphic arts classes at several schools.

Bio

Darralee grew up in Saguache and Salida, and considers Salida her hometown. She has lived in the Grand Valley for 20 years. For most of her adult life she has worked for newspapers or printing businesses and has done everything from pasteup, photography, writing, editing, ad sales and building, to managing a small newspaper.

Personal

Darralee lives in Palisade with her husband, Richard. Her interests include beadwork, Egyptology, making jam and gardening. Her big life adventures have been marrying Richard, visiting Egypt, and a monthlong trip rafting in the Grand Canyon.
