Bud Winslow

Director of Operations

Job description

Bud manages a dedicated staff of talented newspaper production folks while trying to maintain efficiencies with aging equipment and new technology. Bud is also a part of the executive committee and editorial board — so he does a lot of listening.

Education

Bud obtained a bachelor’s degree in American History from Princeton University in 1981.

Bio

Bud grew up in Jacksonville, Fla. Before coming to The Daily Sentinel in 1995, he worked in the circulation department of The Austin American-Statesman in Austin, Texas, from 1981 to 1995. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Kid’s Voting of Mesa County.

Personal

Bud is married to Donna Winslow and they have two sons – Evan and Sean. Bud enjoys travel, camping, hiking and is an avid golfer.
