Updates and manages content on GJSentinel.com and all social media sites for The Daily Sentinel. Also, a jack-of-all-trades in the newsroom.
Richie has a bachelor’s degree with emphases in print journalism and public relations from Mesa State College.
Richie joined the Sentinel staff in 1998. She’s been a circulation supervisor, page coordinator, auto and real estate advertising assistant, newsroom action desk coordinator, blogger, and was the first reporter hired to work exclusively for GJSentinel.com. (Phew.) She was recently promoted to Web Content Editor.
Richie is the executive director of the Ashcraft household, which includes swim lessons, baseball practices and creating gourmet souffles for four Ashcraft men of varying sizes. She enjoys silence but rarely gets to indulge.
