Authorities in Delta County are investigating the disappearance of a 27-year-old Hotchkiss woman last seen at her home on June 19.

Madelaine Loh, of 30141 L Road, was reported missing at about 7 p.m. Sunday by her mother, said Delta County Sheriff’s Sgt. David Strait.

“It’s unlike her not to contact her mother,” Strait said.

Loh lived alone and worked at the property where she lived, said Strait, who is one of the lead investigators assigned to the case. She may be in her dark blue 2016 Jeep Renegade with a license plate of OSC-909, which has also not been located.

Her dog was found about 2 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 50 near mile marker 52, which is a mile away from the Mesa County-Delta County line.

“She has a boyfriend but it’s unknown if she’s actually with him or not,” Strait said.

Strait said he is working today to track down more information about Loh’s boyfriend.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Loh or her Jeep is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 970-874-2000.
