The Grand Junction man stabbed to death early Wednesday morning has been identified as 25-year-old Rafael Jaime.

Jaime was found Wednesday when Grand Junction police officers responded around 4:44 a.m to a report of an injured male outside of a residence at the Paradise Valley Mobile Home Park at 585 25 1/2 Road, according to Grand Junction police. The male, Jaime, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not identified a suspect and are asking for community help.

The Mesa County Coroner’s Office identified Jaime as the victim Thursday afternoon. The cause of death was multiple stab wounds to the torso and the incident is listed as a homicide.  Anyone with information can contact the Grand Junction Police Department at 970-242-6707 and reference case number 19-57354
