Monday — Chili relleno, pinto beans, tossed salad, mandarin oranges, wheat tortilla.

Tuesday — Swiss steak with sauce, au gratin potatoes, peas and pearl onions, banana, fruit cocktail deluxe, dinner roll.

Wednesday — Chicken and snow peas, brown rice, emperor’s stir fry vegetables, grapefruit, wheat bread, fortune cookie.

Thursday — Cashew turkey salad, lentil soup, spinach mandarin orange salad, croissant.

Friday — Biscuit and gravy, asparagus, fruit medley, golden glow salad.
