Tuesday — Swiss steak with sauce, baked potato, winter vegetables, pineapple orange fluff, Nutrigrain bar, whole wheat dinner roll.
Wednesday — Chicken and snow peas, brown rice, emperor's stir-fry vegetables, grapefruit, whole wheat bread, fortune cookie.
Thursday — Spaghetti with meatballs, Italian bean vegetables, tossed salad, cherries with whipped cream, whole wheat dinner roll.
Friday — Cheese biscuit and sausage gravy, asparagus, fruit medley, golden glow salad.
