The town of Palisade is taking the next step forward in its effort to upgrade its sewer treatment by sending its wastewater to the Clifton Sanitation District.
After asking for the public’s help identifying individuals seen in surveillance camera photographs, the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office announced that the investigation was moving forward.
Carl Reynolds Jr., 42, of Clifton, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with sexual assault, second- and third-degree assault, obstruction of a telephone and possession of a weapon by a previous offender.
