Jacob Foster, 37, is accused of first-degree assault and received a $5,000 cash-only bond on Wednesday.

He is accused of assaulting another man with a bicycle frame at Whitman Park on Sept. 2, causing serious bodily injuries to the individual, according to the arrest affidavit.

■ Louis King, 36, is accused of domestic violence and received a $25,000 cash-only bond from the Mesa County Court at his arraignment hearing Tuesday.

While the defense asked for a personal recognizance, Judge Craig Henderson, given the allegations, ruled for a cash-only bond.

■ Edward Morris, 56, is accused of domestic violence and DUI with three or more prior convictions and received a $5,000 cash-only bond on Wednesday .

Morris was pulled over on Wednesday at around 2 a.m. with a strong odor of alcohol on his breath after a woman he was in a relationship with reported to police he threatened her earlier that evening, according to the arrest affidavit.

■ Timothy Swenson, 41, is accused of drug possession and received a $5,000 cash-only bond on Wednesday.

The RV he was in was stopped by police on Oct. 11 and drugs were found in his possession, according to the arrest affidavit.

■ Jeffery Rohracker, 34, is accused theft and fraud charges and received a $5,000 cash-only bond on Wednesday.

He is accused of depositing a fraudulent check at a local bank in September, according to the arrest affidavit.
