Jonathan Bowen, 33, is accused of second-degree burglary and criminal mischief and received a $5,000 cash-only bond.
A female victim reported that an unknown suspect or suspects broke into her home and were in her kitchen, according to the arrest affidavit.
She said she woke up and heard an unknown man in her kitchen one night in early June. She immediately got into her car and drove away, the affidavit said.
Officers observed multiple windows of the home with screens damaged or removed.
DNA swabs and shoeprints found at the scene led officers to Bowen, the affidavit said.
■ Bob Dougherty, 45, is accused of second-degree assault and domestic violence and received a $5,000 cash-only bond on Wednesday.
Employees with a Grand Junction hotel called police after what sounded like screaming coming from one of the rooms, according to the arrest affidavit.
Dougherty was subsequently charged after officers responded to the scene.
■ Anada Rundle, 38, is accused of drug possession and DUI and received a $1,000 personal recognizance bond on Wednesday.
Rundle was pulled over after the vehicle she was driving did not have its tail lights illuminated, according to the arrest affidavit. She was charged with DUI after voluntary roadside maneuvers were administered. Drugs were also found in the vehicle.
