Dylan Lindh, 27, is accused of drug distribution charges after being pulled over in Grand Junction on Thursday.

Prosecution argued for a high, cash-only bond at his arraignment hearing Friday, stating the value of the marijuana and marijuana concentrate in his vehicle was valued at more than $40,000.

Officers pulled Lindh over after seeing him follow too closely to another vehicle while changing lanes about 3 p.m. on Thursday, according to the arrest affidavit.

When the vehicle stopped, the officer observed Lindh light a cigarette, which he felt could be a tactic to mask the odor of illegal drugs, the affidavit said.

Police reportedly found several packages containing marijuana as well as approximately 850 THC vape cartridges.

He received a $40,000 cash or surety bond from Mesa County Court on Friday.
