Charge: Pants down, again
Carlos Alcon, 56, is accused of indecent exposure on two separate incidents on Sunday.
At just before 5 p.m., two juveniles reported a man, later identified as Alcon, lying in the grass with his pants down.
He was allegedly exposed to anyone entering the park.
He was released on a summons for public indecency to paramedics because of his intoxication, the affidavit said.
At 7:30 p.m., police responded to the 2200 block of North Seventh Street for an exposed man with his jeans around his ankles, after receiving reports from two separate witnesses.
When they arrived they saw Alcon lying on his back on the sidewalk with his pants and underwear down to his knees, according to the arrest affidavit. He was charged on separate indecent exposure charges.
Alcon has six prior convictions on similar charges, the affidavit said.
