10-inch waterline break affects Clifton
Neighborhoods near 32 and D½ roads went without water for a time Friday when a waterline broke, according to the Clifton Water District.
The district said a 10-inch waterline was damaged about 3 p.m., likely because of construction in the area.
Traffic on 32 Road near the D½ Road intersection was disrupted while repairs took place, with some traffic diverted around the intersection.
Customers in the Midlands Village area specifically were believed to have lost water Friday afternoon and evening.
The district said repairs were expected to be complete Friday evening.
