No. 2 Grand Junction has six wrestlers ranked in the top 10 in Class 5A and four in the top 3.
Andrew Leyba (106) and Dawson Collins (120) are ranked No. 1 in their respective classifications, Keiran Thompson (132) is No. 2, and Christian Hafey (160) is No. 3.
Collins is looking for his second state title as a senior after finishing third last year. He won a title as a sophomore.
Fruita Monument has three ranked in the top 10 with Jeremiah Williams at No. 5 at 152.

No. 12 Montrose has two wrestlers ranked in the top 3: Ben Roebuck (170) and Cole Simmons (182).
In 2A, No. 4 Cedaredge and No. 8 Paonia have four wrestlers ranked in the top 5 and No. 10 Hotchkiss has three.
Cedaredge junior Trey Geyer is a returning state champ and is ranked No. 1 at 126.
In 3A, Delta's Gauge Lockhart is ranked No. 1 at 195.
After a 5-win season and a return to the Class 4A playoffs for the first time since 2013, Grand Junction received honors from the Jeffco Conference on Monday.
Named to the all-conference first team were running back Carson Loveridge and defensive back Dillon Smith. Loveridge ran for 1,397 yards (127 per game) and 13 touchdowns. Smith nabbed a team-high four interceptions.
Representing the Tigers on the second team are linebacker Andy Smith, defensive lineman Camron Wright, safety Ethan Schmidt, tight end Chase Popejoy, quarterback AJ Mariz, and offensive linemen Matt Lane and Riley Stewart.
